Abstract:
The sealing welding test between tube plate and heat exchange tube of BFe30-1-1 alloy was carried out by using automatic gas tungsten arc welding, and stable and reliable sealing welding process of BFe30-1-1 alloy tube plate was obtained. The macro-metallography, microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion property of the joint of tube plate samples were studied. The results show that the transition of the joint between tube plate and exchange tube is good, the forming precision is high, the joint section has no obvious defects. The base metal is composed of a twin-crystal equiaxed αstructure with grain size of grade 9. The weld is composed of elongated dendritic α. The heat affected zone is composed of coarse twin α phase with grain size of Grade 7. The pull-out strength is higher than 0.5 time of the allowable tensile strength of heat exchange tube or tube plate, and the fracture mode is ductile fracture. The corrosion rate of three seal welding specimens is similar, and the average corrosion rate is 0.011 g·m
2/h.
