热处理对接续金具用42CrMo4钢微观组织及力学性能的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 42CrMo4 Steel Used for Continuous Fittings Manufacturing

    • 摘要: 采用热膨胀仪测量了42CrMo4钢的CCT曲线,确定了其奥氏体相变结束点为823.2℃,马氏体相变临界冷速为10℃/s;对水冷后的42CrMo4钢在570~720℃进行回火,利用组织观察与萃取析出相XRD分析的方法研究了回火温度对42CrMo4钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,在570~660℃回火,42CrMo4钢析出相由M8C7和M3C组成,随回火温度提高M8C7含量逐渐降低,当回火温度超过690℃时析出相为M3C。在570~720℃回火,随着回火温度的升高,42CrMo4钢的强度降低、韧性提高。

       

      Abstract: The CCT curve of 42CrMo4 steel was measured by thermal dilatometer. It was determined that the end point of austenite transformation was 823.2 ℃ and the critical cooling rate of martensite transformation was 10 ℃/s. After water-cooled,42CrMo4 steel was tempered at 570-720 ℃. The effects of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 42CrMo4 steel were studied by means of microstructure observation and XRD analysis of extracted precipitates.The results show that the precipitates of 42CrMo4 steel is composed of M8C7 and M3C when the tempering temperature is 570-660 ℃. The content of M8C7 decreases gradually with the tempering temperature increasing. When the tempering temperature exceeds 690 ℃, the precipitates is M3C. When tempered at 570-720 ℃, the strength of 42CrMo4 steel decreases and the toughness increases with the increase of tempering temperature.
