冷轧变形量对00Cr17Ni13Mo2N不锈钢组织和硬度的影响

    Effect of Cold Rolling Deformation on Microstructure and Hardness of 00Cr17Ni13Mo2N Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 对固溶态00Cr17Ni13Mo2N不锈钢进行了不同变形量的冷轧试验,采用OM、XRD、硬度测试等研究了不同冷轧变形量对不锈钢组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:固溶态00Cr17Ni13Mo2N钢组织为单一奥氏体组织。经不同变形量冷轧后钢发生了形变诱导马氏体相变,随着冷轧变形量的增加,钢中α'-马氏体体积分数逐渐增加,钢的硬度逐渐提高。轧制变形量80%的钢中α'-马氏体体积分数达到了70.6%,硬度达到421 HV,比固溶态试验钢硬度提高了152.1%。

       

      Abstract: The solid soluted 00Cr17Ni13Mo2N stainless steel was subjected to cold rolling tests with different deformations.The effects of cold rolling deformation on the microstructure and hardness of the stainless steel were studied by OM, XRD and hardness test. The results show that the solid soluted 00Cr17Ni13Mo2N steel has a single austenitic microstructure.Deformation induced martensitic transformation occurs in the steel after cold rolling with different deformation.With the increase of cold rolling deformation, the volume fraction of α'- martensite in the steel increases gradually, and the hardness of the steel increases gradually. The volume fraction of α'- martensite in the steel with rolling deformation of 80%reaches 70.6%, and the hardness reaches 421 HV, which is 152.1%higher than that of test steel in solid solution.
