钢轨铝热焊接头表面掉块原因分析

    Cause Analysis on Peeling on Surface of Rail Thermite Welding Joint

    • 摘要: 通过检验伤损特征、金相组织、显微硬度及化学成分,对某钢轨铝热焊接头表面掉块的原因进行分析。结果表明,由于对铝热接头电弧焊补时未进行预热,电弧焊热影响区产生马氏体,马氏体在轮轨作用力下出现微裂纹并扩展,最终导致掉块。电弧焊补时焊条选择不当也加速了掉块产生。

       

      Abstract: The cause of peeling of a rail thermite welding joint was analyzed by means of damage feature, metallographic structure, microhardness and chemical composition tests. The results show that no preheating during the arc welding repair for thermite welding joint leads to the formation of martensite in the heat affected zone of arc welding. Under the wheel-rail contact stress, microcracks are formed in the area near martensite, and eventually peeling occurs. The improper selection of electrode promotes the formation of peeling.
