终轧温度对6061铝合金板力学性能均匀性的影响

    Effect of Final Rolling Temperature on Uniformity of Mechanical Properties of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Plate

    • 摘要: 选取6061-T651板材为研究对象,采用金相显微镜(OM)观察、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析、晶粒度测试对微观组织进行了分析。结合力学性能的宏观表现,系统研究终轧温度对6061铝合金板材力学性能均匀性的影响规律。结果表明,将终轧温度由420℃降至280℃,可以有效减小板材横、纵向力学性能差异,T651态板的抗拉强度差值由原来的21 MPa降为8 MPa,屈服强度差值由原来的11 MPa降为5 MPa,且两个方向的力学性能均得到了整体提高;同时终轧温度的降低还可以细化晶粒,减小长径比,改善板材的加工性能。

       

      Abstract: The 6061-T651 plates were selected as the study subjects, and the microstructure was analyzed using metallographic microscope(OM) observation, scanning electron microscope(SEM) analysis and grain size test. Combined with the macroscopic performance of mechanical properties, the influence of final rolling temperature on the uniformity of mechanical properties of 6061 aluminum alloy plates was systematically studied. The results show that reducing the final rolling temperature from 420 ℃ to 280 ℃ can effectively reduce the difference in transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties of the plates. The difference of tensile strength of the T651 state plate is reduced from the original 21 MPa to 8MPa, and the difference of yield strength is reduced from the original 11 MPa to 5 MPa. And the mechanical properties of the two directions are improved as a whole; at the same time, the decrease of the final rolling temperature can also refine the grains, reduce the aspect ratio, and improve the processing performance of the plates.
