ZL210A铝合金动力电池包的精密铸造研究

    Research on Precision Casting of ZL210A Aluminum Alloy Power Battery Pack

    • 摘要: 设计了电动汽车ZL210A铝合金动力电池包结构及浇注系统,基于ProCAST软件建立铝合金动力电池包精密铸造仿真模型,对动力电池包精密铸造的凝固、缩孔缩松特性进行研究和分析,并运用试验进行了验证。结果表明:设计的铝合金动力电池包铸件浇注系统简单,且能准确控制合金液流动、充型时间、凝固温度;铝合金动力电池包铸件整个凝固过程中基本呈现对称分布,电池包精密铸造模拟的缩孔缩松率总和为3.68%。试验铸件缩孔缩松率总和平均值为3.72%,与仿真3.68%基本一致,验证了仿真结果的准确性。

       

      Abstract: The structure and pouring system of the electric vehicle ZL210A aluminum alloy power battery pack were designed. Based on ProCAST software, a simulation model of precision casting of aluminum alloy power battery pack was established, and the solidification, shrinkage and porosity characteristics of precision casting of power battery pack were studied and analyzed, and verified by experiments.The results show that the designed gating system of aluminum alloy power battery pack is simple, and it is can accurately control the flow of alloy liquid, filling time and solidification temperature; the aluminum alloy power battery pack castings basically show a symmetrical distribution throughout the solidification process, and the sum of the simulated shrinkage porosity and porosity of the battery pack precision casting is 3.68%.The average value of the total shrinkage porosity of the test casting is about 3.72%, which is basically consistent with 3.68%, confirming the accuracy of the simulation results.
