Abstract:
The toothed rail wheel in the traveling system of shearer is made of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel, and the carbonization layer depth and surface hardness improvement of the tooth rail wheel have been attracting much attention. The quenching test protocol after multiple superimposed carbonation was designed. The test scheme was simulated using Deform simulation software to provide the carbonization layer depth data for the test. A comparative test scheme for air cold and deep cold treatment was designed. The Stensea-Heles formula was used to calculate the martenite phase transition temperature of the test sample, so as to choose the temperature after quenching, and analyze the metallophase microstructure characteristics of the test scheme group, such as carbide size, martenite and residual austenite proportion, etc. The results show that the superimposed carburization quenching increases the depth of the rail wheel, and the cryogenic treatment process can effectively improve the surface hardness.
