纳米TiC颗粒增强316L不锈钢强度与塑性同步提升研究

    Study on Nano-TiC Particles Enhanced 316L Stainless Steel to Synchronous Improvement of Strength and Plasticity

    • 摘要: 316L不锈钢在各个工业领域应用广泛,但是其强度较低,因此提升其强度成为研究热点。将2wt%、4wt%纳米TiC颗粒添加至316L中,采用球磨工艺制备复合粉末,应用SLM成形复合样件。通过调控球磨和SLM成形工艺参数,获得TiC分布均匀、与基体结合牢固、近全致密的复合样件。结果发现,随着TiC的加入,晶粒平均尺寸显著减小,晶粒细化;随着TiC的加入,强度、硬度以及耐磨性能均有较大提高。SLM成形2wt%TiC/316L成形样件的抗拉强度为948 MPa,伸长率达到36.01%,相比于SLM成形316L样件分别提升42.6%和79.7%,表明2wt%TiC/316L样件能实现强度与塑性的同步提升,研究结果可为SLM成形颗粒增强金属基复合材料实现强度与塑性同步提升提供方法。

       

      Abstract: 316L stainless steel is widely used in various industrial fields, but its strength is low, so improving its strength has become a research hotspot. The 2 wt% and 4 wt% nano-TiC particles were added to 316L, and the composite powders were prepared by ball milling. The composite sample was formed by SLM. By adjusting the process parameters of ball milling and SLM, the composite sample with uniform Ti C distribution, firm bonding with matrix and nearly full density were obtained. It is found that with the addition of Ti C, the average grain size decreases significantly and the grain is refined. The mechanical properties test(tensile test, hardness test, friction and wear test) of the sample are comprehensively studied. With the addition of Ti C, the strength, hardness and wear resistance of the sample are greatly improved. The tensile strength and elongation of 2 wt%Ti C/316L formed by SLM are 948 MPa and 36.01% respectively, which are 42.6% and 79.7% higher than those of 316L formed by SLM, indicating that the strength and plasticity of 2 wt%TiC/316L can be improved simultaneously. The results can provide a method for SLM particle reinforced metal base composite to enhance the strength and plasticity.
