14Cr1MoR厚板极限冲击性能探究

    Study on Ultimate Impact Properties of 14Cr1MoR Thick Plate

    • 摘要: 详细对比研究了在轧后水冷和轧后空冷两种轧后冷却方式下,14Cr1MoR交货态厚板经690℃保温24 h最大模拟焊后热处理后的横向板厚1/2处的极限冲击性能。结果显示,轧后水冷的最大模焊态极限冲击温度为-46℃,相应冲击功均值为120 J;轧后空冷的最大模焊态极限冲击温度为-22℃,相应冲击功均值为141 J。从相应的金相组织来看,轧后水冷的最大模焊态金相组织为淬透的贝氏体,晶粒度为8.5级,碳化物尺寸约为450 nm;轧后空冷的最大模焊态金相组织基本以贝氏体为主,但组织均匀性差,部分晶粒明显粗大,晶粒度为7级,碳化物尺寸约为800 nm。

       

      Abstract: The ultimate impact properties of 14Cr1MoR thick plate at 1/2 of the transverse plate thickness at 690 ℃for 24 h after maximum postweld heat treatment in water cooling after rolling and air cooling after rolling methods were studied in detail.The results show that the ultimate impact temperature of water cooling after rolling is -46 ℃, and the average impact energy is 120 J.The ultimate impact temperature of air cooling after rolling is -22 ℃, and the average value of corresponding impact energy is 141 J.From the corresponding metallographic structure, the metallographic structure of water cooling after rolling is quenched bainite, the grain size is 8.5 grade, and the carbide size is about 450 nm.The microstructure by air cooling after rolling is basically bainite, but the microstructure uniformity is poor, some grains are obviously coarse, the grain size is 7 grade, and the carbide size is about 800 nm.
