HIP技术改善ZL101A铸件致密化的研究与应用

    Research and Application of HIP Technology in Improving Densification of ZL101A Castings

    • 摘要: 对ZL101A铝合金开展了热等静压试验,工艺参数为温度505℃、压力75 MPa、时间3.5 h。分析了热等静压ZL101A铸件致密化及组织演变,对试样进行了拉伸试验,断口形貌分析,金相组织观察以及布氏硬度测定。经热等静压处理后的ZL101A铸件大部分铸造缺陷消失,起到有效的致密作用。经过热等静压处理无明显铸造缺陷的ZL101A试样,其抗拉强度和布氏硬度有所降低,抗拉强度相比未处理的降低6.6%,布氏硬度下降6.7%;热等静压提高了伸长率,相比未处理的提高7.4%。

       

      Abstract: The hot isostatic pressing test was carried out on ZL101A aluminum alloy, and the process parameters were temperature 505 ℃, pressure 75 MPa and time 3.5 h. The densification and microstructure evolution of HIP ZL101A castings were analyzed. Tensile test, fracture morphology analysis, microstructure observation and Brinell hardness measurement were carried out on the samples. After hot isostatic pressing treatment, the most casting defects of ZL101A castings disappear, which plays an effective densification role. After hot isostatic pressing treatment, the tensile strength and Brinell hardness of ZL101A sample without obvious casting defects decrease. Compared with those of untreated samples, the tensile strength and Brinell hardness decrease by 6.6% and 6.7%. Thermal isostatic pressure increases the elongation by 7.4% compared to the untreated ones.
