TC18钛合金机械支座模锻成形特性的研究

    Research on Die Forging Characteristics of TC18 Titanium Alloy Mechanical Support

    • 摘要: 把TC18钛合金的应力-应变曲线数值导入Deform仿真软件中,建立了某型航天用钛合金支座模锻成形仿真模型,研究了模锻速度和摩擦系数对钛合金支座模锻成形载荷、等效应变及最大变形速度等模锻成形特性的影响。结果表明:随着模锻速度和摩擦系数增加,TC18钛合金支座模锻的最大成形载荷、最大变形速度都逐渐增加,而等效应变先增加后减小;支座模锻成形最佳参数为模锻温度850℃,模具预热温度650℃,模锻速度10 mm/s,摩擦系数0.3。

       

      Abstract: The stress-strain curve values of TC18 titanium alloy were imported into the Deform simulation software,and a certain type of aerospace titanium alloy support die forging simulation model was established. The influences of forging speed and friction coefficient on the forging load, equivalent strain and maximum deformation speed of titanium alloy support were studied. The results show that with the increase of die forging speed and friction coefficient, the maximum forming load and maximum deformation speed of the support die forging are gradually increased, while the equivalent strain increases first and then decreases; the optimum die forging parameters of TC18 titanium alloy support are die forging temperature of 850℃, die preheating temperature of 650℃, die forging speed of 10mm/s and friction coefficient of 0.3.
