激光-CMT复合焊接的研究现状

    Research Status of Laser-CMT Hybrid Welding

    • 摘要: 激光-CMT复合焊接是将激光焊接与冷金属过渡焊接(CMT)结合的一种新型激光电弧复合焊,与传统的激光复合焊接相比,其热输入极低,焊接过程更加稳定,基本无飞溅,而且生产效率和焊接质量均得到提高。本文介绍了激光-CMT复合焊接的原理及特点,概括了激光-CMT复合焊接中接头、熔池形貌、熔滴过渡以及焊缝成形等方面的研究现状以及目前存在的一些问题,最后总结了激光-CMT复合焊接的发展方向和研究重点。

       

      Abstract: Laser-CMT hybrid welding is a new type of laser arc hybrid welding, which combines laser welding with cold metal transition welding(CMT). Compared with traditional laser hybrid welding, it has extremely low heat input, more stable welding process, basically no spatter and the production efficiency and welding quality are improved. The principle and characteristics of laser-CMT hybrid welding were introduced, the development status and existing problems of welding joint,molten pool morphology, droplet transfer and weld formation in laser-CMT hybrid welding were summarized, finally the development direction and research focus of laser-CMT hybrid welding were summarized.
