Nb对激光增材制造TC4沉积态组织与性能的影响

    Effect of Nb on Microstructure and Properties of Laser Additive Manufacturing TC4 in Deposited State

    • 摘要: 通过激光同轴送粉增材制造技术制备了TC4与TC4+Nb沉积态样件,研究了Nb对TC4沉积态显微组织、相组成及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,TC4与TC4+Nb沉积态的组织均由大量α-Ti及少量β-Ti构成。随着Nb含量从0增加到8%,TC4沉积态的原始β-Ti和初生针状α-Ti平均晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,初生针状α-Ti尺寸减小了67.4%;同时网篮组织得到细化,β相含量明显增加。添加Nb能够显著提高TC4沉积态样件的拉伸性能,TC4+6% Nb沉积态样件拉伸性能最优,满足锻件标准要求。

       

      Abstract: TC4 and TC4+Nb deposited samples were prepared by laser coaxial powder feeding additive manufacturing, and the effects of Nb on the microstructure, phase composition and mechanical properties of the deposited TC4 were studied. The results show that the microstructure of TC4 and TC4+Nb in deposited state is composed of a large amount of α-Ti and a small amount of β-Ti. With the increase of Nb content from 0 to 8%, the average grain size of the original β-Ti and primary acicular α-Ti in deposited TC4 gradually decreases, and the primary acicular α-Ti size decreases by 67.4%, meanwhile, the basketweave structure is refined and the content of β phase is increased obviously. Nb addition can significantly improve the tensile properties of TC4 deposited specimens. The tensile properties of TC4+6%Nb deposited specimen are the best, which satisfies the standard requirements of forgings.
