飞机起落架内筒镀层观察及其摩擦磨损性能研究

    Observation of Coating Surface of Aircraft Landing Gear Inner Cylinder and Study on Its Friction Wear Performance

    • 摘要: 为研究飞机起落架内筒镀铬层表面质量及其摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电镜和能谱仪对起落架内筒镀铬层进行形貌观察。然后采用摩擦磨损试验机、显微硬度计和白光干涉仪等对镀铬层进行了研究。结果表明:起落架内筒镀铬层表面清晰光滑,表面呈微小流线型沟槽形貌;镀层与基体结合良好,但镀层截面有少许微裂纹存在;镀铬后表面粗糙度明显优于非镀层;镀层硬度明显提高,镀铬后显微硬度提升36.9%;镀层的摩擦磨损性能明显改善,无镀层的磨损量是镀铬层的7.6倍。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the surface quality and friction and wear properties of chromium coating on the inner cylinder of aircraft landing gear, the morphology of the chromium coating on the inner barrel of the landing gear was observed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer, and then the friction and wear experiments and measurements of the chromium coating were carried out by friction and wear tester, Vickers micro hardness tester and white light interferometer. The results show that the surface of the chromium plating layer on the inner barrel of landing gear is clear and smooth, and the surface is in the shape of micro streamline groove. The coating is well combined with the substrate, but there are a few micro cracks in the section of the coating. The surface roughness of chromium plating is obviously better than that of non plating. The hardness of the coating increases significantly, and the microhardness increases by 36.9% after chromium plating. The friction and wear properties of the coating significantly improves, and the wear of the non coating is 7.6 times than that of the chromium coating.
