舟桥单双耳接头裂纹应力强度因子研究

    Study on Stress Intensity Factor of Crack in Single Lug and Yoke of Pontoon Bridges

    • 摘要: 为更准确地评估含表面裂纹缺陷舟桥装备的安全情况,研究了裂纹形状比和倾斜角对裂尖应力强度因子的影响。对裂纹模型及有限单元法进行了分析;利用有限元模型对软件计算准确性进行了验证;通过对不同形状比和倾斜角的裂纹裂尖应力强度因子进行计算,分析了其变化规律。结果表明,在裂纹长度一定时,增大形状比使得裂纹前缘应力强度因子减小,且影响较大;在形状比一定时,与轴向载荷垂直的平面裂纹前缘应力强度因子最大。

       

      Abstract: In order to more accurately evaluate the safety of pontoon equipment under surface crack defects, the effects of crack shape ratio and inclination angle on the stress intensity factor at the crack tip were studied.Firstly, the crack model and finite element method were analyzed, and then the method was verified by finite element model. Finally, the stress intensity factor of the crack tip with different shape ratios and inclination angles was calculated, and its variation law was analyzed.The results show that when the crack length is constant, increasing the shape ratio can reduce the stress intensity factor of the crack front, which has a greater impact; when the shape ratio is constant, the stress intensity factor of the plane crack front perpendicular to the axial load is largest.
