铸态2A14合金均匀化热处理工艺优化与组织演变

    Optimization of Homogenization Heat Treatment Process and Microstructure Evolution of As-cast 2A14 Alloy

    • 摘要: 研究了不同均匀化热处理工艺对铸态2A14铝合金微观组织的影响,并优化其均匀化热处理工艺。结果表明:铸态2A14铝合金中存在大量非平衡凝固共晶体,其中,低熔点非平衡共晶相为Al2Cu相。铸态2A14铝合金的DSC曲线显示仅有一个吸热峰,吸热峰起始温度为510.4℃,其峰值温度为514.4℃。随均匀化热处理加热温度升高,合金所含Al2Cu相大量溶解,使合金固溶Cu含量明显增大,并在510℃时达到最高值。最终确定铸态2A14铝合金较佳的均匀化热处理工艺为486℃/24 h+510℃/48 h。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different homogenization heat treatment processes on the microstructure of as-cast 2A14 aluminum alloy were studied, and the homogenization heat treatment processes were optimized. The results show that there are a lot of non-equilibrium solidified eutectic in as-cast 2A14 aluminum alloy, among them, the low melting point non-equilibrium eutectic phase is Al2Cu phase.The DSC curve of as-cast 2A14 aluminum alloy shows only one endothermic peak, the endothermic peak starting temperature is 510.4 ℃and its peak temperature is 514.4 ℃.The Al2Cu phase in the alloy dissolves in large quantities with the increase of homogenization heat treatment temperature, which makes the content of Cu in solid solution increase obviously and the content of Cu reaches the maximum value at 510 ℃.Finally, the best homogenizing heat treatment process of as-cast 2A14 aluminum alloy is 486 ℃/24 h+510 ℃/48 h.
