高能脉冲电流在金属加工中的应用及机理研究进展

    Research Development of Application and Mechanism of High Energy Electropulsing in Metal Procecing

    • 摘要: 介绍了脉冲电流在金属加工领域的的应用,包括热处理、压力加工、表面处理与铣削加工等,总结了脉冲电流的作用理论,包括电子风、温度效应以及二者对原子扩散的作用,对最新的理论发展进行了综述。探讨了脉冲电流在高效时效、高熵合金强韧化、增材制造愈合裂纹、锻造等领域的应用。

       

      Abstract: The application of electropulsing in metal processing, including heat treatment, pressure processing, surface treatment and milling cutting was introduced. The action theory of electropusling was summarized, including electron wind, temperature effect and their effect on atomic diffusion, and the latest theoretical development was presented. The application of electropulsing in high efficiency aging treatment, the strengthening and toughening of high entropy alloy, crack healing in additive manufacturing, forging and other fields was discussed.
