Abstract:
76 μm coating was obtained by electroless Ni-Cu-P plating on L360 steel for 5 h.The samples were immersed in H
2S for 4 h, 24 h, 72 h, 120 h, 240 h, 720 h and 1440 h, respectively. The vickers hardness and contact angle of the coating were measured by microhardness tester and optical contact angle tester respectively. The weight of the samples were measured by a precision balance and the corrosion rates were calculated. The surface and cross-section morphology of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. The results show that after Ni-Cu-P coating is plated on L360 steel, the Vickers hardness increases from 190.25 HV to 549.78 HV, the contact angle increases from 95.7°to 113.47°,which can improve the hydrophobicity. The corrosion rate decreases from 0.06 mg·cm
-2·h
-1 to 0.01 mg·cm
-2·h
-1, which can improve the corrosion resistance after soaking for 1440 h.
