终轧温度对建筑用Q460GJC结构钢组织与力学性能的影响

    Effect of Finishing Rolling Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Q460GJC Steel for Building

    • 摘要: 通过Gleeble-3500试验机模拟了Q460GJC钢的不同温度的终轧轧制,采用OM、SEM、拉伸试验等研究了不同终轧温度对Q460GJC钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着终轧温度的升高,Q460GJC钢的屈服强度逐渐下降,抗拉强度总体变化不大,屈强比不断下降,终轧温度860℃轧制的Q460GJC钢的屈强比最低,为0.72,其屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为477.5 MPa和663.1 MPa。随着终轧温度的升高,Q460GJC钢中M/A岛尺寸和数量逐渐减少,形貌从块状逐渐转变为细小条状,分布也更为均匀。

       

      Abstract: The final rolling of Q460GJC steel at different temperatures was simulated by Gleeble-3500 testing machine, the effects of different finishing temperatures on the microstructure and properties of Q460GJC steel were studied by OM, SEM, and tensile tests.The results show that with the increase of finishing rolling temperature, the yield strength of Q460GJC steel decreases gradually, the overall tensile strength changes little, and the yield strength ratio decreases continuously. The yield ratio of Q460GJC steel rolled at 860℃is the lowest, which is 0.72, and its yield strength and tensile strength are 477.5 MPa and 663.1 MPa respectively. With the increase of finishing rolling temperature, the size and quantity of M/A island in Q460GJC steel gradually decrease, the morphology gradually changes from block to fine strip, and the distribution is more uniform.
