Abstract:
After aluminizing, a layer of iron aluminum alloy with special properties is formed on the surface of carbon steel, which improves the hardness, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of carbon steel.The traditional high-temperature aluminizing method has the disadvantages of high temperature, long time and high energy consumption.As a new low-temperature aluminizing method, the mechanical energy assisted aluminizing method can make up for the deficiency of high-temperature aluminizing.The process of mechanical energy assisted aluminizing was introduced, the mechanism of mechanical energy assisted aluminizing was analyzed, the performance of carbon steel workpiece after mechanical energy assisted aluminizing was summarized.Finally, the development trend of mechanical energy assisted aluminizing process was discussed and prospected.
