碳钢机械能助渗铝工艺的研究进展

    Research Progress of Mechanical Energy Aided Aluminizing Process for Carbon Steel

    • 摘要: 碳钢经过渗铝后在表面形成了一层特殊性能的铁铝合金层,从而提高了碳钢的硬度、抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性等。传统的高温渗铝方法具有温度高、时间长、能耗大等缺点,而机械能助渗铝法作为一种新型低温渗铝方法能够弥补高温渗铝的不足。介绍了机械能助渗铝的工艺,分析了机械能助渗铝的机理,综述了碳钢工件机械能助渗铝后的性能,最后,对机械能助渗铝工艺的发展趋势进行了探讨和展望。

       

      Abstract: After aluminizing, a layer of iron aluminum alloy with special properties is formed on the surface of carbon steel, which improves the hardness, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of carbon steel.The traditional high-temperature aluminizing method has the disadvantages of high temperature, long time and high energy consumption.As a new low-temperature aluminizing method, the mechanical energy assisted aluminizing method can make up for the deficiency of high-temperature aluminizing.The process of mechanical energy assisted aluminizing was introduced, the mechanism of mechanical energy assisted aluminizing was analyzed, the performance of carbon steel workpiece after mechanical energy assisted aluminizing was summarized.Finally, the development trend of mechanical energy assisted aluminizing process was discussed and prospected.
