Abstract:
The aging heat treatment process of 7×××series high-strength aluminum alloys was summarized.The effects of aging heat treatment process of T6 aging, two-stage aging, RRA aging, double peak aging and non-isothermal aging on the microstructure and properties of 7×××aluminum alloy and the strengthening mechanism were described and analyzed respectively. The evolution of microstructure phase and properties (strength, elongation, corrosion resistance, etc.) of some 7×××aluminum alloys of specific grades under different aging conditions were reviewed. The deficiencies in the research of aging heat treatment on the strengthening and corrosion resistance of 7×××aluminum alloys and the problems existing in practical application were analyzed. The research focus and direction of aging heat treatment process in the future were put forward, which can provide references for engineering application of aging process of 7×××series aluminum alloy.
