Abstract:
FeSiBCr/silicone resin amorphous soft magnetic composites were prepared by powder metallurgy with high temperature resistant silicone resin as insulating coating agent. The effects of coating agent content and heat treatment temperature on its magnetic properties were studied. The results show that when the surface amorphous powder is coated with a layer of silicone resin the insulation layer, and the sample has good frequency characteristics. The lowest magnetic loss of170.28 W/kg(
Bm=0.05T,
f=200 kHz) is obtained when the mass fraction of silicone resin is 4wt%, and its eddy current loss factor of the sample is lowest. When the annealing temperature is lower than 400 ℃, the internal stress removal is not sufficient and the magnetic properties are not good. When the annealing temperature is higher than 450 ℃, the amorphous FeSiBCr crystals undergo crystallization transformation and the magnetic properties deteriorate rapidly. Only when annealing is carried out at 400 ℃, FeSiBCr amorphous soft magnetic composites can obtain the best magnetic properties, and the magnetic loss is only 14.5% of the unannealed sample at 100 kHz.
