TiB含量对真空热压烧结制备汽车用钛基材料性能的影响

    Effect of TiB Content on Properties of Automotive Titanium Matrix Composites with Vacuum Hot Pressing Sintering

    • 摘要: 为了获取钛基材料中TiB优选含量,研究和分析了TiB含量对汽车钛基材料性能的影响。在钛基材料试样中添加不同含量的TiB增强体颗粒,采用真空热压烧结制备了不同TiB含量的汽车钛基材料试样,并进行了试样室温拉伸性能和高温氧化性能的测试与分析。结果表明:当TiB含量由0.5vol%增至13vol%,试样拉伸性能和高温氧化性能均先提高后下降。当TiB含量为0.5vol%~8vol%时,试样拉伸断口为准韧性断裂;当TiB含量为10.5vol%和13vol%时,试样的拉伸断口均为准解理断裂。TiB含量优选为8vol%时,此时,试样的抗拉强度为1103 MPa、断后伸长率为19.36%,经600℃×24 h高温氧化后,单位面积氧化增重为6.3 g/cm2

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the preferred TiB content in titanium based materials, the influence of TiB content on the properties of automotive titanium matrix composites was studied and analyzed.The automotive titanium matrix composites samples were prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering with different TiB reinforcement particles added to the titanium based material samples.The tensile properties at room temperature and oxidation properties at high temperature were tested and analyzed.The results show that when TiB content increases from 0.5vol%to 13vol%, and the tensile properties and high temperature oxidation properties of the samples first increase and then decrease.When TiB content is 0.5vol%- 8vol% , the tensile fracture of the sample is quasi ductile fracture, and when the TiB content is 10.5vol%and 13vol% (volume fraction), the tensile fracture of the sample is quasi cleavage fracture.TiB content is preferably 8vol%.At this time, the tensile strength of the sample is 1103 MPa, the elongation after fracture is 19.36%, and after 600 ℃×24 h high temperature oxidation, the oxidation weight per unit area is 6.3 g/cm2.
