Abstract:
3D nanoporous Ni collectors with cone array structure were prepared by template-free directional electrodeposition on copper foil substrates and then Sn-Ni alloy was coated on them by pulsed electrodeposition to prepare 3D nanoporous Sn-Ni alloy anode with cone array structure.Subsequently, the structure, crystalline phases and chemical composition of the anode were characterized using SEM, XRD, EDS and constant current charge and discharge test system, and its electrochemical properties were studied.The results show that the structure of anode is in the form of nanocone arrays with spherical tops, and there are pores on the surface of the nanocone.This alloy anode has a first charge/discharge specific capacity of 0.28/0.36 mAh/cm
2 at a current density of 0.1 mA/cm
2, after 100 cycles, the reversible specific capacity is maintained at 0.21 mAh/cm
2 with a capacity retention rate of 75%.
