热处理工艺对海洋工程用V-N微合金钢组织与性能的影响

    Effects of Heat Treatment Process on Microstructure and Properties of V-N Microalloy Steel for Offshore Engineering

    • 摘要: 采用XRD、SEM、TEM等方法研究了600℃回火工艺对海洋工程用V-N微合金钢的组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着回火时间的延长,维氏硬度有略微下降的趋势,析出粒子数量逐渐增多,析出相尺寸有所增大。回火60 min后,部分马氏体晶粒内部发生了回复,位错运动相互抵消,仅部分晶粒内部存在高密度的位错,且晶界处发现了位错塞积。随着回火时间达到120 min,马氏体板条内的位错密度明显降低,相互缠结的现象消失,形成了马氏体板条内的位错亚结构。而经过240 min回火处理后,在马氏体板条内部的位错基本全部消失,仅有少量板条晶界处存在位错塞积。

       

      Abstract: The effects of 600 ℃ tempering process on the microstructure and properties of V-N microalloy steels for offshore engineering were studied by XRD, SEM and TEM methods. The results show that with the prolongation of the tempering time, the Vickers hardness has a slight downward trend, the number of precipitated particles gradually increases,and the size of the precipitated phase increases. After 60 min of tempering, part of the martenite grains respond internally,dislocation movements cancel each other, only some of the grains have high-density dislocations, and the dislocation piling up is found at the grain boundary. With the tempering time reaches 120 min, the dislocation density in the martensitic slats is significantly reduced, and the phenomenon of entanglement disappears, which can form dislocation substructures within the martensite slat. After tempering for 240 min, the dislocation inside the martensitic slats basically disappears, and only a small number of dislocation products exist at the grain boundaries of the slats.
