冷喷涂CoNiCrAlY涂层的高温硬度及摩擦磨损性能研究

    Research on Hardness and Tribological Properties of Cold Sprayed CoNiCrAlY Coatings at Elevated Temperatures

    • 摘要: 研究冷喷涂制备的CoNiCrAlY涂层的显微组织以及高温条件下涂层的硬度和摩檫学性能。采用高压冷喷涂技术,使用氦气制备了CoNiCrAlY涂层,并在1080℃真空环境下热处理4 h。采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对真空热处理前后涂层组织结构及孔隙率进行了表征。分析了热处理后涂层的高温硬度和高温摩檫学性能。结果表明:冷喷涂可制备界面结合良好、组织致密的CoNiCrAlY涂层,涂层孔隙率约为0.3%,硬度约为600 HV0.3;真空扩散热处理可以有效降低涂层的孔隙率和显微硬度;随着测试温度的升高(800、900和1000℃),涂层的显微硬度逐渐降低;随着测试温度的升高,涂层的摩擦系数与磨损率也逐渐降低。因此,该涂层具有良好的高温耐磨性。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure, mechanical and tribological properties of cold sprayed CoNiCrAlY coatings at elevated temperatures were studied. CoNiCrAlY coatings were prepared by high-pressure cold spraying technique via helium gas and subsequently heat treated at 1080 ℃for 4 h in a vacuum environment.The microstructures and porosity levels of the coatings before and after vacuum heat treatment were characterized by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The high temperature hardness and tribological properties of the heat-treated coatings were analyzed.The results show that the CoNiCrAlY coatings are very dense and the porosity level is around 0.3%.The coating/substrate interfacial bonding is very intimate and the coating microhardness is around 600 HV0.3. Post-process heat treatment can effectively reduce the porosity and microhardness of the coatings.The microhardness of CoNiCrAlY coatings gradually decreases with the increase of testing temperatures (800 ℃, 900 ℃, 1000 ℃).Besides, the friction coefficients and wear rates of CoNiCrAlY coatings also decrease with the increase of testing temperatures. It can be seen that CoNiCrAlY coatings have excellent high temperature wear resistance.
