高温承压设备用钢蠕变寿命评估方法研究

    Research on Creep Life Evaluation Methods of Steel for High Temperature Pressure-bearing Equipment

    • 摘要: 在锅炉等高温承压设备的运行过程中,高温蠕变是导致其关键构件失效的主要原因之一,而对各类高温承压设备用钢进行蠕变检测,并实现蠕变剩余寿命评估与预测,是保障设备安全、长期运行的有效方法。介绍了蠕变试验推断法、微观分析法、超声检测法、磁性检测法以及磁-声结合检测法共5类常用的蠕变寿命评估方法,为高温承压设备用钢的蠕变损伤状态判定及剩余寿命评估提供了理论基础。指出了高温承压设备常用钢种蠕变评价未来的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: During the operation of high temperature pressure-bearing equipment such as boilers, high temperature creep is one of the main reasons for the failure of its key components. It is necessary to carry out creep detection on steel used for various high temperature pressure-bearing equipment, and the evaluation and prediction of creep residual life is realized. This is an effective method to ensure the safety and long-term operation of equipment. Five commonly used creep life evaluation methods, including creep test inference method, microscopic analysis method, ultrasonic inspection method, magnetic inspection method and combined magneto-acoustic inspection method, were introduced. A theoretical basis for the assessment of creep damage state and residual life of steel for high temperature pressure-bearing equipment was provided, and the future development direction of creep evaluation of commonly used steel for high temperature pressure-bearing equipment was pointed out.
