新型镁锂合金组织成分设计及防护体系研究

    Study on Structure Composition Design and Protection System of New Magnesium-lithium Alloy

    • 摘要: 为解决镁锂合金材料易腐蚀、防护技术可靠性低的难题,真正实现镁锂合金材料的工程化应用,从新型镁锂合金组织成分设计、镁锂合金表面处理技术及综合防护方面开展研究。通过新型镁锂合金组织成分设计,解决镁锂合金材料强度低的问题,并使合金材料的耐蚀性达到并保持在一定的等级;采用新型复合表面处理技术和综合防护技术研究突破镁锂合金材料制品耐蚀性差的应用瓶颈的限制,实现镁锂合金真正意义上的工程化应用。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of magnesium-lithium alloy easy to corrosion and low reliability of protection technology, and truly achieve the engineering application of magnesium-lithium alloy, the new alloy microstructure composition design, surface treatment technology and comprehensive protection aspect were stud ied through the new alloy microstructure composition design. The problem of low key magnesium-lithium alloy strength was sloved,which can make the material corrosion resistance achieve and maintain at a certain level. The new composite surface treatment technology and comprehensive protection technology were used to break through the limitation of the application bottleneck of poor corrosion resistance of magnesium-lithium alloy and realize the real engineering application of magnesium-lithium alloy.
