金属增材与层间强化复合制造研究进展

    Research Progress on Composite Process Combining Metal Additive Manufacturing with Interlayer Strengthening

    • 摘要: 采用增材制造与层间强化工艺结合的复合制造方式,对增材制造零件的关键位置选择性地进行强化处理,能改善零件表层区域的表面质量、微观结构以及残余应力分布,提升增材制造构件的整体力学性能。本文首先介绍了不同的金属强化工艺,综述了增材制造与层间强化的复合制造技术对金属材料的微观结构、孔隙、残余应力和力学性能的影响,最后,展望了增材与层间强化复合制造技术的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: The composite manufacturing method integrating additive manufacturing with interlayer strengthening process can selectively treat the key positions of the forming parts, and improve the surface quality, microstructure, performance and residual stress distribution, as well as improve the overall mechanical properties of the forming parts. Firstly, different metal strengthening processes were introduced firstly.Then, the effects of composite manufacturing technology integrating additive manufacturing with interlayer strengthening process on the microstructure, pores, residual stress and mechanical properties of metal materials were reviewed. Finally, the development direction of the composite manufacturing technology integrating additive manufacturing with interlayer strengthening was prospected.
