Abstract:
The composite manufacturing method integrating additive manufacturing with interlayer strengthening process can selectively treat the key positions of the forming parts, and improve the surface quality, microstructure, performance and residual stress distribution, as well as improve the overall mechanical properties of the forming parts. Firstly, different metal strengthening processes were introduced firstly.Then, the effects of composite manufacturing technology integrating additive manufacturing with interlayer strengthening process on the microstructure, pores, residual stress and mechanical properties of metal materials were reviewed. Finally, the development direction of the composite manufacturing technology integrating additive manufacturing with interlayer strengthening was prospected.
