控制阀气动薄膜执行机构吊环螺栓断裂失效分析

    Fracture Failure Analysis on Eyebolt on Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuator of Control Valve

    • 摘要: 应用于石化管线上的某公司控制阀气动薄膜执行机构用吊环螺栓在紧固螺栓螺母后发生断裂,通过化学成分检测、力学性能检测、微观形貌观察、显微组织观察、能谱等方法分析了断裂原因。结果表明:断裂螺栓为脆性断裂,具有明显的解理断裂特征。断裂螺栓的螺纹齿顶存在内部裂纹、杂质钙化物和凹坑等缺陷,抗拉强度低于标准值。在螺栓紧固后,其加载力值接近/超过螺栓的抗拉强度时在缺陷处形成裂纹源并快速扩展,导致断裂。

       

      Abstract: The eyebolt on pneumatic diaphragm actuator of a control valve company applied in the petrochemical industry broke after fastened the eyebolts and nuts. The reason for the fracture was analyzed by chemical composition detection, mechanical property detection, microscopic morphology observation, microstructure observation and energy spectrum. The results show that the eyebolt presents brittle fracture with obvious cleavage fracture characteristics. The internal cracks, impurity calcifications, pits and other defects on the thread tooth top of the broken bolt were observed. The tensile strength is lower than the standard value. The value of loading force approaches or exceeds the tensile strength when the bolt is tightened. The cracking source forms at the part of the defects and the crack expands rapidly, which can result in fracture.
