ZrO2含量对铁基粉末冶金材料摩擦磨损性能的影响

    Effect of ZrO2 Content on Friction and Wear Properties of Iron Based Powder Metallurgy Materials

    • 摘要: 利用粉末冶金技术制备了ZrO2 陶瓷颗粒增强铁基粉末冶金摩擦材料,研究了ZrO2 含量对铁基粉末冶金材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,得出最佳ZrO2 颗粒添加含量。结果表明:ZrO2 含量在7wt%~9wt%时,铁基粉末冶金材料的密度和硬度达到最高值,密度为5.74 g·cm-3,硬度为92 HRF;在惯量为1.0 kg·m-2、压力为1.5 kN 和转速为2000 r/min的摩擦条件下,摩擦磨损性能达到最优,平均摩擦系数为0.34,磨损量为0.014 cm3·MJ-1,摩擦表面平整且光滑。

       

      Abstract: ZrO2 ceramic particles reinforced iron-based powder metallurgy friction material was prepared by powder metallurgy technology, the effects of ZrO2 content on the friction and wear properties of iron-based powder metallurgy materials were studied, and the optimal addition content of ZrO2 ceramic particle was obtained.The results show that when the ZrO2 content is 7wt%-9wt%, the density and hardness of iron based powder metallurgy materials reaches the highest value, the density is 5.74 g·cm-3, the hardness is 92 HRF.When the friction conditions of the inertia is 1.0 kg·m-2, the pressure is 1.5 kN and the speed is 2000 r/min, the friction and wear properties is the optimal, the average friction coefficient is 0.34, the wear quantity is 0.014 cm3·MJ-1, the friction surface is flat and smooth.
