SCM435热轧盘条全脱碳层原因分析及改进

    Analysis and Improvement of Full-decarburized ayer of SCM435 Hot Rolled Wire

    • 摘要: 针对SCM435盘条在生产过程中出现全脱碳层的问题,对加热后铸坯、轧制过程轧件以及成品盘条进行金相检验分析。结果表明:SCM435盘条吐丝后缓慢冷却是形成全脱碳层的原因。通过吐丝后冷却工艺优化,提升斯太尔摩风冷线辊道运行速度至14.5~20 m/min,盘条在保温罩中缓冷时间由原工艺的410 s降低至283 s,冷却速度提高约0.3℃/s,盘条未出现全脱碳层。

       

      Abstract: For the full-decarburized layer of SCM435 wire rod in the production process, the billet after heating, rolled pieces and the finished wire rod were tested for microstructure analysis. The results indicate that slow cooling after spinning is the reason for formation of full- decarburized layer of SCM435 wire rod. By optimizing the cooling process of increasing the running speed of Stelmor cooling roll to 14.5-20 m/min,the cooling time of the wire rod in the insulation cover is reduced from 410 s of the original process to 283 s and the cooling rate is increased by about 0.3℃/s, the full-decarburized layer of the rod disappears.
