金属材料渗碳及碳扩散的研究现状

    Research Status of Carburizing and Carbon Diffusion of Metallic Materials

    • 摘要: 渗碳作为金属表面处理的一种常见热处理工艺,目的在于提高钢表面的硬度并保证其心部的韧性和塑性。综述了多种渗碳方法(固体渗碳、气体渗碳、真空渗碳、等离子渗碳),分别介绍了各渗碳方法的工作原理、应用范围、优点与不足。为揭示渗碳的工作机制对碳原子扩散的研究现状及其应用进行阐述,碳原子扩散的研究方法包括硬度法、微区分析法、电阻法以及第一性原理计算模拟法。阐述了渗碳技术在轴承钢、齿轮、复合板等材料的应用。最后,对渗碳工艺的发展趋势和碳扩散未来的研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Carburizing, as a common heat treatment process for metal surface treatment, is used to improve the surface hardness of steel while ensuring the toughness and plasticity of its core. Several carburizing methods(solid carburizing, gas carburizing, vacuum carburizing, plasma carburizing) were summarized, and the working principle, application scope,advantages and disadvantages of each carburizing method were introduced. In order to reveal the working mechanism of carburizing, the research status and application of carbon atom diffusion were described. The research methods of carbon atom diffusion includes hardness method, micro area analysis method, electrical resistance method and the first principle calculation of carbon diffusion. The carburizing technology research in bearing steel, gear, composite plate, etc was described. Finally, the development trend of carburizing process and the future research of carbon diffusion were prospected.
