Abstract: The study on the effect of power ultrasonic on the phase transition behavior during the phase transition process of materials was summarized.Mainly according to the duration of the phase transition process, the effect of power ultrasonic on the phase transition process of material casting(> 60 s) and the laser fused seal phase transition process of materials(< 1 s) were categorized and summarized, and the relevant research results were also reviewed.Finally, it highlights the significance and value of further study on power ultrasonic in the field of laser fused seal.
