    • 摘要: 汽轮机低压外缸结构复杂,一旦产生变形矫正难度大,一般情况下需要返厂处理。地处海外的设备,由于多次转运发生碰撞,缸体变形严重,在不便返厂修理的情况下,根据金属材料热胀冷缩的机理,使用简单的工器具进行矫正,对比了几种矫正方法。选择对汽轮机筋板位置进行加热,采取三角形加热方式,从而实现了汽轮机变形矫正处理,在较短的时间内,变形问题得以解决,保证了后续施工工期。

       

      Abstract: The structure of low-pressure outer cylinder of the steam turbine is complex, and it is difficult to correct the deformation once the deformation occurs. In general, it needs to be returned to the factory for treatment. For the equipment located in the overseas, due to the multiple transport, collision, the cylinder deformation is serious. In the case of inconvenience to return factory for repair, according to the mechanism of heat expanding cold shrinking of metal materials, use simple instruments to straighten the deformation, and several corrective methods were compared. Select steam turbine steel plate location for heating, take the triangle shape for heating, so as to realize the deformation straightening of steam turbine. In a short time, the deformation problem was solved, and the follow-up construction period was guaranteed.
