细晶2A97铝锂合金的固溶制度研究

    Study of Solid Solution Treatment of Fine-grained 2A97 Al-Li Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、硬度测试、导电率测试以及拉伸性能测试等手段,研究了固溶温度和时间对细晶2A97 铝锂合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明:510 ℃是2A97 合金维持细晶状态的最高固溶温度,540 ℃是合金不过烧前提下的最高固溶温度;结合人工时效判断最佳固溶时间,确定为90 min。在此前提下,对比510 ℃与540 ℃固溶淬火后自然时效的力学性能,前者具有更高的强度与硬度,原因在于细晶强化和位错强化。因此对于细晶2A97 合金,推荐使用510 ℃×90 min 的固溶制度。

       

      Abstract: The effects of solid solution temperature and time on the microstructure and properties of fine-grained 2A97 aluminum-lithium alloy were investigated by means of metallographic microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), hardness testing, conductivity testing, and tensile property testing.The results show that 510 ℃is the highest solid solution temperature of 2A97 alloy to keep fine-grain state, and 540 ℃is the highest solid solution temperature of the alloy without burning.90 min is chosen as the best solution time combined with artificial aging results.Under the premise, comparing the mechanical properties of alloys after solution treatment at 510 ℃or 540 ℃subsequently with natural aging, the former one obtains higher strength and hardness due to fine-grain strengthening and dislocation strengthening.Therefore, for fine-grained 2A97 alloy, the solid solution regime of 510 ℃×90 min is more recommended.
