复合添加Zr、Sc对AlFeSi合金铸态组织和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Compound Addition of Zr and Sc on Cast Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AlFeSi Alloys

    • 摘要: 利用井式电阻炉制备不同Zr、Sc含量的Al FeSi合金,采用万能试验机、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪等研究了微量稀土元素Zr、Sc对铸态Al FeSi合金力学性能以及微观组织的影响。结果表明,当Zr、Sc复合添加且质量分数各为0.2wt%时,合金的抗拉强度、硬度以及晶粒被细化效果最佳,抗拉强度、硬度分别为171.55 MPa、75.58 HV,晶粒尺寸为45.78μm。添加微量元素的Sc、Zr可以产生初生的第二相Al3(Sc,Zr)颗粒,在凝固的过程中充当异质形核核心,促使Al FeSi合金液体发生非均质形核,从而细化Al FeSi合金晶粒。

       

      Abstract: Al FeSi alloys with different contents of Zr and Sc were prepared by a well resistance furnace. The effects of trace rare earth elements Zr and Sc on the mechanical properties and microstructure of as-cast Al FeSi alloys were investigated by universal testing machine, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the best tensile strength, hardness and grain size are 171.55 MPa, 75.58 HV and 45.78 μm, respectively, when Zr and Sc are added together and the mass fraction is 0.2wt%. The second phase Al3(Sc, Zr) particles can be formed after adding trace elements of Sc and Zr,which acts as the heterogeneous nucleation core during the solidification process and promote the heterogeneous nucleation of Al FeSi alloy liquid, thus refining the Al FeSi alloy grains.
