成形角度对选区激光熔化成形316L不锈钢性能的影响

    Effect of Forming Angle on Properties of 316L Stainless Steel Formed by Selective Laser Melting

    • 摘要: 以提高选区激光熔化成形316L不锈钢工艺性能为目的,研究了不同成形角度(40°、50°、60°、70°、80°、90°)下316L不锈钢样件侧表面性能和致密度。结果显示:随着成形角度的增加,样件侧表面的粗糙度呈减小趋势,侧表面残余应力均表现为拉应力且逐渐减小,致密度均大于99%,并逐渐增大;且样件各性能均在成形角度为90°时最优。此时,侧表面粗糙度值Ra=5.0385m,残余应力值为103.47 MPa,致密度值达到最大为99.91%。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the technological property of selective laser melting forming 316L stainless steel, the side surface properties and density of 316L stainless steel samples at different forming angles (40°, 50°, 60°, 70°, 80°, 90°) were studied. The results show that with the increase of the forming angle, the roughness of the side surface of the sample decreases, the residual stress on the side surface is tensile stress and gradually decreases, and the density is greater than 99%, and gradually increases; and the performance of the sample is optimal when the forming angle is 90°, at this time, the side surface roughness value Ra =5.0385 m, the residual stress value is 103.47 MPa, and the density value reaches the maximum of 99.91%.
