热处理对可摘局部义齿铸造支架的影响研究

    Influence of Heat Treatment on Removable Partial Cast Dental Stent

    • 摘要: 采用硬度测试、拉伸试验以及金相组织观察研究了不同热处理工艺对铸造钴铬合金义齿支架力学性能的影响。结果表明:相对于原始的铸造钴铬合金义齿支架,淬火处理后其硬度值明显增大,拉伸力减小;退火处理后支架的硬度明显减小,拉伸力略微增大;淬火-回火处理后支架的硬度有所减小,且其减小值小于退火处理的,拉伸力明显增加,其增加值大于退火处理的。综上可知,经淬火再回火后的支架的综合性能最理想,满足临床对对铸造钴铬合金义齿支架的力学性能要求。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different heat treatment processes on the mechanical properties of cast cobalt-chromium alloy dental stent+framework were studied by hardness test, tensile test and metallographic structure observation. The results show that compared with the cast cobalt-chromium alloy denture bracket without heat treatment, the hardness value increases significantly and the tensile force decreases after quenching. After annealing treatment, the hardness of the bracket is significantly reduced, and the tensile force increases slightly. After quenching-tempering treatment, the hardness of the stent decreases, and its reduction value is less than that of annealing treatment, and the tensile force increases significantly, and the increase is greater than that of annealing treatment. In summary, the comprehensive performance of the stent after quenching and tempering is the most ideal, and it meets the clinical requirements for the mechanical properties of cast cobalt-chromium alloy dental stents.
