镍铜合金超薄壁管滚珠旋压可旋性规律研究

    Study on Spinability Law of Ball Spinning of Nickel-Copper Alloy Ultra-Thin Walled Tube

    • 摘要: 为探究镍铜合金超薄管的旋压成形性能,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,分析了镍铜合金超薄管管件滚珠旋压的起皱情况及变形均匀性,最终获得超薄壁管的极限成形厚度。结果表明:随着总体减薄率的增加,管件的起皱因子逐渐增大,变形均匀性越来越差,总体减薄率最大可达到90%,极限成形厚度约为0.06 mm。

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the spin-forming ability of nickel-copper alloy ultra-thin walled tubes, the ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to analyze the wrinkling and deformation uniformity of the nickel-copper alloy ultra-thin walled tube during ball spinning, and finally the ultimate forming thickness of the tube was obtained. The results show that with the increase of the overall thinning rate, the wrinkle factor of the tube gradually increases and the deformation uniformity becomes worse, and the overall thinning rate can reach 90%, and the ultimate forming thickness is about 0.06 mm.
