板坯中心偏析对Q690D高强钢侧弯性能的影响

    Effect of Casting Slab Central Segregation on Side Bending Property of Q690D High Strength Steel

    • 摘要: 采用不同电磁搅拌电流强度进行Q690D高强钢铸坯冶炼,结合低倍硫印、低倍酸洗和原位分析等检测方法,研究电磁搅拌强度对Q690D连铸坯中心偏析和侧弯性能的影响。结果表明,在Q690D冶炼过程中连铸工艺采用弱电磁搅拌模式(130 A),可以有效减小板坯中心偏析,有利于获得侧弯性能良好的钢板。

       

      Abstract: Q690D high strength steel slabs were smelted with different electromagnetic stirring current parameters. The effects of electromagnetic stirring intensity on the central segregation and the lateral bending performance were studied, and the sulphur print, acid etching and in-situ analysis were conducted. The results show that the high strength steel smelting process in continuous casting process adopts the model of weak electromagnetic stirring(130 A), the central segregation of slab can be reduced effectively, which is beneficial to obtain good lateral bending property of the steel plate.
