The corrosion behavior of N80 steel under different environmental factors was explored. Polarization Curve, AC impedance spectroscopy test, SEM and other methods were used to study the effects of H
+, S
2- and Cl
- ions on the corrosion behavior of N80 steel in saturated CO
2 simulated oilfield production fluid.The results show that the influence of the three aggressive ions on the corrosion behavior of N80 steel is H
+, S
2-, Cl
-.The corrosion rate of N80 steel increases with the concentration of three kinds of aggressive ions. In the environment of low concentration of Cl
-, the corrosion morphology of N80 steel is mainly mesa corrosion and local corrosion, and in the environment of high concentration Cl
-, it is mainly pitting corrosion. H
+ can cause serious local corrosion and uniform corrosion of N80 steel, and the corrosion failure of N80 steel caused by S
2-is mainly local corrosion.
