矿用液压支架30CrMnSi立柱中缸开裂失效分析

    Cracking Failure Analysis of 30CrMnSi Column Cylinder for Mining Hydraulic Support

    • 摘要: 某液压支架立柱在仅使用7个月后出现中缸开裂的情况。通过对样件进行化学成分分析、光学金相组织观察、拉伸试验、冲击试验、SEM断口观察等分析了中缸开裂的原因。结果表明,材料的强度未达到国家标准,会对缸体开裂产生不良影响。内孔堆焊层和其焊接热影响区存在微裂纹,以及焊接金属的渗入,是造成缸体在使用过程中开裂的最主要原因。

       

      Abstract: The hydraulic support column cracked in the middle cylinder after only 7 months of use. The causes of cracking of the middle cylinder were analyzed by analyzing the chemical composition of the sample, optical metallographic structure observation, tensile experiment, impact test, etc., and SEM fracture observation. The results show that the strength of the material does not meet the national standard, which will adversely affect the cracking of the cylinder block. The presence of microcracks in the inner hole overlay layer and its welding heat affected zone and penetration of welding metal is the most important cause of cracking of the cylinder during use.
