热氧化温度对预喷丸R60702表面氧化层及耐蚀性影响研究

    Research on Effects of Thermal Oxidation Temperature on Surface Oxidation and Corrosion Resistance of Pre-shot Peened R60702

    • 摘要: 对预喷丸工业纯锆R60702 分别在450、550、650 和750 ℃进行2 h 的空气热氧化处理后,测试了氧化层厚度、纳米硬度和在15wt%的H2SO4 溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明,氧化层厚度随温度的升高而逐渐增大;氧化层截面纳米硬度在650 ℃氧化温度下最高,可达17.98 GPa;与喷丸试样相比,预喷丸+热氧化试样在15wt%H2SO4 溶液中表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能;650 ℃氧化2 h 为工业纯锆R60702 的最优热氧化工艺。

       

      Abstract: The surface oxide film thickness, nano-hardness and electrochemical corrosion behavior in 15wt% H2SO4 solution were tested for the pre-shot peened industrial pure zirconium R60702 treated by air thermal oxidation treatment at 450℃, 550 ℃, 650 ℃and 750 ℃for 2 h, respectively.The results show that the thickness of the oxide layer increases gradually with the increase of temperature.The nano-hardness of oxide layer section reaches 17.98 GPa at the oxidation temperature of 650 ℃.Compared with shot peened sample, pre-shot peened+thermal oxidation sample shows better corrosion resistance in 15wt%H2SO4 solution, and the optimal thermal oxidation process of industrial pure zirconium R60702 is 650 ℃×2 h.
