热处理对N掺杂Zr基块体非晶合金摩擦性能的影响

    Effect of Heat Treatment on Tribological Property of Nitrogen-doped Zr-based Bulk Metallic Glasses

    • 摘要: 采用铜模吸铸法制备厚度为1 mm的(Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98.5N1.5和Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10片状合金样品,并在300℃进行5、20 min保温热处理。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)、显微硬度仪和摩擦磨损仪研究了铸态和热处理合金试样结构、热稳定性、硬度及摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:试样热处理前后均为非晶结构,且热处理对合金的热稳定性影响较小。但随着保温时间延长,Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10和(Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98.5N1.5试样的显微硬度分别从铸态时的464.9和480.9 HV先降低至454.7和471.2 HV,再升高至478.4和490 HV;摩擦系数分别由铸态时的0.77和0.73先升至0.94和0.78,后降至0.76和0.72。(Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98.5N1.5试样保温20 min后表现出最高的硬度和最小摩擦系数,对应的磨损率也最低,为0.6×10-3mm3·N-1·m-1。热处理使Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10试样的磨损类型由腐蚀磨损、磨粒磨损和粘着磨损转变为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。而热处理未改变(Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98.5N1.5试样的磨损类型,但其磨损表面会随保温时间的延长而变得光滑,耐磨性也得到提高。

       

      Abstract: 1 mm thick samples of (Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98.5N1.5and Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) were prepared by copper mold suction casting method,and the samples were heat treated at 300℃for 5 min and 20 min,respectively.The surface structure,thermal stability,hardness and tribological property of the samples were examined using X-ray diffractometer (XRD),differential scanning calorimeter (DSC),microhardness tester and tribological wear tester.The results show that the samples are amorphous before and after heat treatment,and the heat treatment has little effect on the thermal stability of the alloys.However,the microhardness of Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10and (Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98.5N1.5samples decrease from 464.9HV and 480.9 HV to 454.7 and 471.2 HV,and then increase to 478.4 HV and 490 HV with the expansion of holding time,and the friction coefficients increase from 0.77 and 0.73 to 0.94 and 0.78,and then decrease to 0.76 and 0.72,respectively.(Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98.5N1.5sample exhibits a maximum hardness value,a minimum friction coefficient and the lowest wear rate of0.6×10-3mm~3·N-1·m-1at 20 min of holding time.The heat treatment changes the wear type of Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10sample from corrosion wear,abrasive wear and adhesive wear to abrasive wear and adhesive wear.However,the heat treatment does not change the wear type of (Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98.5N1.5sample,but its wear scar surface become smoother and the wear resistance is improved with the holding time increasing.
