Abstract:
The five kinds of commonly used aluminum alloys were selected for micro-arc oxidation treatment and their corrosion resistance was studied. The macroscopic and microscopic morphologies, film composition and corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating with the same thickness were studied.The results show that the alloy composition Cu and Zn have great influence on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating. The corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer of aluminum alloy with higher copper content is poor.
