合金成分对铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层耐蚀性能的影响

    Effect of Alloy Composition on Corrosion Resistance of Aluminum Alloy Micro-Arc Oxidation Ceramic Coating

    • 摘要: 选用5种常用牌号铝合金进行微弧氧化处理后对其耐蚀性能进行研究,研究了相同厚度的微弧氧化陶瓷层的宏观和微观形貌、膜层成分及耐蚀性能。结果表明:铝合金中的合金成分Cu和Zn对微弧氧化陶瓷层的组织结构和耐蚀性能影响较大,铜元素含量较高的铝合金微弧氧化陶瓷层耐蚀性较差。

       

      Abstract: The five kinds of commonly used aluminum alloys were selected for micro-arc oxidation treatment and their corrosion resistance was studied. The macroscopic and microscopic morphologies, film composition and corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating with the same thickness were studied.The results show that the alloy composition Cu and Zn have great influence on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation ceramic coating. The corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer of aluminum alloy with higher copper content is poor.
