滚压深度对35Cr2Ni4MoA螺栓疲劳性能的影响

    • 摘要: 对螺纹牙底进行滚压强化加工可提高螺栓疲劳强度,滚压参数直接影响疲劳强度的提升效果。为探索不同滚压深度对螺栓疲劳强度的影响,对螺纹牙底进行滚压强化。通过拉伸疲劳试验、断口分析、表面形貌分析及表面粗糙度分析等手段,开展不同滚压深度对35Cr2Ni4MoA螺栓抗疲劳性能影响研究。结果表明:螺栓疲劳强度随滚压深度的增加先增大后减小,滚压深度为0.08 mm时提升效果最佳,较未滚压螺栓提升31.57%,表面粗糙度仅为0.414μm。该研究对制定合理滚压参数具有指导意义,为螺栓抗疲劳制造提供了工艺支撑。

       

      Abstract: The fatigue strength of bolts can be improved by rolling strengthening the thread bottom, and the rolling parameters directly affect the improvement of fatigue strength. In order to explore the influence of different rolling depths on the fatigue strength of bolts, the thread bottom was strengthened by rolling. The effects of different rolling depths on the fatigue resistance of 35 Cr2 Ni4 MoA bolts were studied by means of tensile fatigue test, fracture analysis, surface morphology analysis and surface roughness analysis. The test results show that the fatigue strength of the bolt first increases and then decreases with the increase of rolling depth. The lifting effect is best when the rolling depth is 0.08 mm, which is 31.57%higher than that of the non rolling bolt, and the surface roughness is only 0.414 μm. The research has guiding significance for formulating reasonable rolling parameters and provides technological support for anti fatigue manufacturing of bolts.
