先进硬质合金刀具涂层材料及涂层技术研究现状

    Research Status of Advanced Carbide Tool Coating Materials and Coating Technology

    • 摘要: 随着现代化武器装备和航空航天技术的快速发展,对刀具提出了更高要求,刀具涂层材料及技术装备已成为国内外学者关注的焦点。对Ti N、Ti C、Cr N三种常用二元涂层的性能和特点进行了介绍;以Ti基、Al基和Cr基三元及多元涂层为例,综述了不同元素对涂层刀具性能的影响;最后概述了CVD、PVD以及复合涂层技术的基本原理与研究现状,并提出展望。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of modern weaponry and aerospace technology, higher requirements for cutting tools were put forward, and the cutting tool coating materials and technical equipment have become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. The properties and characteristics of Ti N, Ti C and Cr N three commonly used binary coatings were introduced. Taking Ti-based, Al-based and Cr-based ternary and multi-component coatings as examples, the effects of different elements on the performance of coated tools were reviewed. Finally, the basic principles and research status of CVD,PVD and composite coating technologies were summarized, and the prospect was put forward.
