Abstract:
By the finite element calculation method, the welding process of the fillet weld of the high strength steel ring rib parts was analyzed, the temperature distribution in the welding process of the different welding methods, welding deformation were mainly analyzed so as to optimize the welding process design. The results indicate that when the high strength steel ring rib structure is welded, the double-sided molten polar argon arc welding is used for back welding, in the range of interlayer temperature cooling time, the welding arc length can be the longest, up to 6.60 m. At the same time, the diameter of ring rib, face-web angle and groove angle all change during the welding of ring rib structure, and the surface-web angle is the least deformed and the diameter changes the most.
