退火处理对高铬铸铁组织和硬度的影响

    Effect of Annealing Treatment on Microstructure And Hardness of High Chromium Cast Iron

    • 摘要: 采用不同的退火工艺对Cr26型高铬铸铁进行了热处理,研究了其组织、硬度及切削性。结果表明:铸态高铬铸铁硬度较高,采用1020℃×2 h,炉冷至720℃+720℃×2 h,炉冷至室温的热处理工艺退火,可获得以珠光体为基体的组织,洛氏硬度下降至41.6 HRC,解决了高铬铸铁断续切削损伤刀具的难题。

       

      Abstract: Cr26 high chromium cast iron was heat treated by using different annealing processes, and the microstructure, hardness and machinability of the Cr26 high chromium cast iron were studied. The results show that the hardness of the cast high chromium cast iron is high, and the structure with pearlite as matrix can be obtained by the heat treatment process of cooling from 1020℃×2 h furnace cooling to 720℃+720℃×2 h furnace cooling to room temperature, the Rockwell hardness is reduced to 41.6 HRC, which solves the problem of damaging the tool in intermittent cutting of the high chromium cast iron.
